About me…um.

After spending 4 years being in finance, I decided to do the logical thing and move to Paris to become a pastry chef. Of course. Now I’m baking, eating, drinking and walking my way through my new life. And loving every second.

    Love all the pictures. Reminds me of when I was the LCB Paris. Which school are enrolled in? Do they offer a stage at the end?

      Hi Ben – thanks for stopping by! I’m at Ferrandi. And yup, we start our 6 month stages in about a month. Any sage words of advice?

        I took my last semester in London so I didn’t get to stage in France unfortunately. I might try and go back at some point though. Good luck with yours!
