Happy Valentine’s Day!

I had the most romantical day ever – I was surrounded by chocolates, roses, champagne…

Well, to be exact, 350 raspberry rose macarons, 250 flourless chocolate cakes topped with cheesecake, and 185 blueberry shortcakes, not to mention the champagne granite, vegan caramel sauce, roasted berry sauceā€¦and the list goes on after 12 hours. Ah, the life of a pastry chef. At least it smelled and tasted delicious! Hope you had a lovely day!
